Refund & Returns Policy

Return Policy:

• In case the Customer Changes his/her Mind:

  • Must notify within 2
  • Please do not break the seal of your received product & conserve the delivery packaging & invoice.
  • Any exception will result in no return.
    
    

• In case of a Misplaced Order:

  • Check the product and match it with the invoice.
  • Let us know as soon as possible!

• In case of Manufacturing Defect:

  • Must inform us immediately after learning of the defect.
  • Any delay beyond 7 days will result in no return or replacement.

Note:

1. 1. The quality of the product depends on the manufacturer. Any Authentic Watch has nothing to do with it. You cannot return a product if you do not like the product’s quality.
   2. Any Authentic Watch will bear the delivery charges for a 7-day replacement warranty/Default warranty. The customer must bear the delivery charges for the General warranty claim.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds

  • Refunds are made only when the request is made within 3 calendar days of the purchase. And the purchased product must be in sealed/wrapped/intact condition (as delivered)to be eligible for a refund. Otherwise, there will be no option for any refund.
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Bank Cards, Mobile Finance Service or through In-store Credits.
  • You will receive the refund within 7-10 working days. The refund period may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
    
    

• Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

HOW TO BUY AND PAY:

1. Placing an order on our website is quite easy. Simply click on the item you want to buy or the SELECT OPTION button, and you will be redirected to the item’s detail page. This page contains detailed information about the item, including the specification and available colour variations. Select your desired colors, then click ADD TO CART. Now you have an item in the CART.
2. Once the item is in the CART, you can immediately perform Check Out by clicking on the PROCEED TO CHECK OUT button. You can access your CART on the right. By accessing it, you can change the type and amount of item, and add or remove another item before you Check Out.
3. You will be asked to fill in the Billings Details form when you perform Check Out. This information will be used for delivery purposes. You may send your order to a different address by checking the Ship to a Different Address in the Billing Details form.
4. After you fill in the data, proceed by pressing the button PROCEED TO Cash on delivery, Easy- paisa, jazz cash, or through online banking, etc. Then you will be able to complete the payment process.
5. After completing your payment, you will be presented with a link that will allow you to finalize or cancel the transaction, and view or download the invoice.
